We understand that the workplace today is very different to what it was years ago. To adapt, you require a whole new set of skills. We also understand that for midsize companies, investing in training & development is sometimes not an option.
With Dreamplex Academy, we aim to help solve that skills gap to benefit both employees and companies. By surveying our members and even non-members on their training needs, we’ve started rolling out 2-3 month hybrid online & offline training programs around all key topics they’ve asked to learn.
Based on the World Economic Forum’s 21st Century Skills manifesto as well as member company feedback, we help you learn the skills that matter. We offer courses ranging from communication and interpersonal skills to leadership, creative thinking and even English pronunciation classes. Courses are typically valued over 1.8 mil VND per person.
Courses last from 1-3 months and with bi-weekly or monthly sessions. Each class has 20 attendees or less, so the teacher can interact on a personal level with each student. Those that successfully complete the course get to graduate with a certificate of completion! And it may just happen where you already work!
Our teachers are all experts in their various fields, with years of experience around their belts. They’re here to share with you not only their knowledge, but also to personally coach you on their topic. And maybe you have something to share as well? Peer-to-peer learning is at the core of our Academy.
