Building connections between employees is becoming the top concern of HR people.\r\n\r\nAt the event &#8220;Building community and sense of belonging in the workplace&#8221;, Ms. Alexis Pham &#8211; Chief People Officer at Home Credit Vietnam and more than 60 participants had a lively and interesting discussion about this topic.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;6314&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_column_text]\r\n<h2><strong><b>The importance of an engaged community at work<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\r\nCompany culture that brings genuine sense of belonging to the staff creates many positive outcomes in terms of productivity, talent acquisition and retention. On the contrary, if employees feel lost, lonely and unbelong, this may lead to dissatisfied customers, and under-performance business results. In fact, when employees feel that <em><strong>\u201cWorkplace is fun\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, their tendency to perform at their best and stay longer with the company increases. This may sound out of the ordinary compared to what we&#8217;re used to know about traditional office environments &#8211; serious, well-organized, even stressful and stressful, life only begins after work. Fun and happiness at work is seen as a waste of resources. However, modern corporate culture increasingly shows a close correlation between a happy working culture and employee productivity. To attract and retain talent effectively, businesses need to take care of the higher needs of their employees. On the other hand, loneliness at work has a significant impact on employee mental health and productivity.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"color: #db4140;\"><strong>Development opportunities:<\/strong><\/span> creating opportunities for employees to be trained, mentored and competed is good for their self-development.
