What is hybrid work?<\/b><\/h2>\r\nHybrid, or <\/span>hybrid remote<\/b><\/a><\/span>, work offers the flexibility to work from home and<\/strong> the office. Employees can work remotely on some days and be physically present in the office on others.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nPeople can skip the dreaded long motorbike commutes for one or more days per week and do their work from home.
