Started his own business \u2013 I Can Read Hanoi in 2012. In 2018, Phan was the first Delivering Happiness (DH)\u2019s client in Vietnam, he then became captivated with the DH\u2019s movement of creating more employee centric workplace and how it could transform the business world.
