Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin<\/strong>, founder of Dreamplex, as a young Vietnamese businessman, he graduated in Melbourne and is known by many people in the business world. He has successfully launched many startups in the fields of technology, real estate, cuisine and became CEO of Trung Thuy Group, one of the largest real estate companies in Vietnam, at the age of 28 year old.<\/p>\r\n

Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin soon realized that there would be a blast in the startup ecosystem in Vietnam which would cause the demand for office space to increase. Understanding the trend as well as grasping the factors that make the success of the coworking space model (Coworking) in the world, he decided to bring the coworking model to Vietnam. After consulting with a number of experts and spending 2 months of design and construction, Dreamplex Nguyen Trung Ngan, the first co-working space in Vietnam, was born. Although this model is new, within 2 months, the desks were full.<\/p>\r\nNearly a decade later, as businesses are urgently creating their 2026 business plans, a new ‘wave’ has taken shape: the war for Gen Z talent, pressure from ESG standards, and the challenge of office cost optimization. The Dreamplex founder’s vision of ‘creating success’ is being activated once again, but with a new mission: to be the strategic partner for C-level, CFO, and HR leaders.\r\n

2016 marked an impressive milestone when Dreamplex Nguyen Trung Ngan had the opportunity to welcome Former US President Barack Obama during his visit to Vietnam. The<\/span> Obama Dreamplex<\/a> visit <\/span><\/span>remains a significant milestone in Dreamplex\u2019s history and Vietnam’s entrepreneurship. Nguyen Trung Tin discussed with President Barack Obama about the entrepreneurial spirit and startup environment in Vietnam. Dreamplex plays a role in connecting and supporting the Vietnamese business community. And it didn’t take long for Dreamplex to expand its scale. Dreamplex Dien Bien Phu was established in 2016, followed by a third location in Tran Quang Khai, and more in District 2 and Hanoi.
