Wellbeing Workshop: Partner Yoga & Thai Massage

The workshop is a perfect combination between

• Partner Yoga: Increase communication and trust in every aspect of a relationship through a synchronised yoga practice. Listen to your partner verbal and non-verbal cues. 
• And Thai Massage: Originally regarded as a healing art, it is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout your body.

• Find quality time with your partner, enhance compassion & trust from each other
• Increase self-connection and release stress

The flow of the workshop

1. Guided meditation (10 minutes)
2. Partner Yoga (30 minutes)
3. Thai Massage with deep relaxation (50 minutes)

**This is a Yoga partner, hence, Dreamplex encourages you to join with your partner. Otherwise, joining by yourself won’t affect the quality you receive from the workshop.
