DreamPlex Collaborator members must check-in at DreamPlex reception upon arriving at the building. Operation Management team will provide you with a keycard to use in exchange for your government issued identification like a drivers license or passport. At the end of your reservation, please return the keycard to the community management team in exchange for your ID.
The other members will have your own keycards at the day you sign up.
Lost or stolen keycards will result in a 200.000VND charge.
When you book a conference room, you will have the opportunity to register guests for your meeting. If that changes, you can also register your guests the day of (prior to your reservation) with our Operation Management team. Upon arrival they will check in at DreamPlex reception and be escorted to your conference room by our reception team.
Yes, we have event space for small to large gatherings. In order to utilize these spaces, DreamPlex members must coordinate with our Events team at firstname.lastname@example.org. These spaces are not available without booking them through our team.
Yes, you may use this address on business cards and your company website. For mail and package handling but it might be difficult as you need to physically pick up your mail and packages within 30 days or they will be returned to the sender.
