1) Charles Gallavardin has been an architect, interior designer and an expert in green building solutions since 1995. He was first involved in heritage preservation projects in Vietnam, Egypt and Syria before becoming the country director of an international NGO working in microfinance and low cost housing solutions. For more than 10 years now he has focused on Green Bioclimatic Architecture because he believes architects must fully invest in designing buildings that respect nature and the environment.
2) Greg Ohan has over 13 years’ experience in international real estate consultancy. His experience spans across three markets with a focus in South East Asia. In his capacity as Business Development Director, he oversees all sales, marketing, research and consultancy nationally.
Whilst in Vietnam, Greg has delivered a number of high-profile deals, including the recent successful instruction as exclusive sales agent & disposal 172,222 sq.ft. of Unilever HQ by Phu My Hung to Unilever. His previous and ongoing clients include CapitaLand, Phu My Hung, HSBC, Citi Bank, Hoa Lam, SonKim Land and Prudential.
3) Will Tran leads Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam’s Commercial Leasing teams in HCMC and Hanoi servicing both Tenants’ and Landlords’ requirements. Will joined Cushman & Wakefield with over a decade’s worth of real estate experience in UK and Vietnam. He has serviced investors within a company portfolio of over 3,000 UK investment properties valuing over £1.8 billion with an annual rent roll in excess of £80 million. From the point of property purchase, developer handover, tenant finding, referencing checks, rent collection to full property management thereafter, Will was tasked to oversee these aspects to give landlords a peace of mind who are resided thousands of miles away from their investment portfolios.
4) Simone Martinelli brings to the table a wide experience in multiple corporate real estate fields. Originally from Italy, he has been associated with Savills through its Philippine International Associate, the KMC Group, since 2016 in Manila. Recently moved to Ho Chi Minh City to extend his experience in SEA, Simone has been assisting Large Occupiers with their long-term office needs throughout HCMC and Hanoi. His set of clients includes AXA Global Service Delivery, Bosch Shared Services, Hinduja Global Solutions (25,000sqm), PROBE Group, Vistra, Dexcom, Panalpina Global Business Services, Deloitte Philippines, Woowa Brothers, Decathlon, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Sembcorp Energy, Ubisoft, Leschaco Logistics, etc.
