Fireside Chat: How to build the organization of the future ?

In a hyper-connected VUCA world, there’s no need to prove that HR is not only a function or a random service. HR helps connect people to the mission of the company.

More precisely, through the pandemic, we have observed that CHROs are strengthening the organisational resilience and drive value. But now is a time to step back, learn from experiences of HR peers and define how it is applicable to your organization.

This is why we are honoured for the final episode of HR Lunch break to welcome two experienced CHROs, from leading companies on their own market in Vietnam:

  • Ms. Tran Thi Ai Lien, Chief Human Resources Officer at AIA Vietnam
  • Mr. Abhishek Mathur, Vice-President and Chief People Officer at VNG Vietnam

In a fireside chat, we will discuss how to build the identity, agility and scalability of the organization of the Future.

What is HR Lunch break ?

Every Friday at 12PM, we leverage the lockdown time and the magic of the internet to connect you with progressive HR experts and business leaders. To make the most out of the hour together, our events are designed to be as interactive as possible.

This event is brought to you by TYDE x Dreamplex x AIA Vietnam.

Why HR Lunch break ?

“The lone wolf dies, but the pack survives”. This worked for the Starks from Game of Thrones, so let’s apply it to the HR community in Vietnam and South-East Asia!

HR have been the frontliners of the switch to Work from home (support managers to support their teams, building plans, organising the shipment of the right materials to keep a certain productivity level, sending care packages, etc.) We believe now is the right time to give each other support and exchange knowledge on how to move forward.
