FlexOS brings the practical well-being workshop “Yoga & Meditation: A Healthy Dose of Good Luck” to help you relax your body, refresh your mind, find balance amidst a busy life, and refresh to invite positive energy.

During this session, you will practice:
– Yoga techniques for officers to relieve tech neck and improve your physical health
– Guided meditation to calm your soul, connect insides, and breathe out all the worries
– Meet & network with new people!
