Roundtable: Hybrid work in Vietnam: The way forward.

The event will be delivered in English from 12:00PM to 1:30PM on 17/09 via Zoom.

While we enter into the 4th (and hopefully final!) month of lockdown in Ho chi minh city, we have now gotten a hold of how to work remotely. Business continuity or other contingency plans are now implemented. And your people have more or less gotten used to the WFH mode.

But what’s next ?

If you’ve studied or worked abroad, you know how important it is to prepare yourself for the “reverse culture shock”. We also need to prepare for the switch from WFH (work from home) to WFO (work from office).

The good news? We can look at some trends in the West, as companies in the US or in Europe went back to the office earlier. They already tested and tried techniques to make the way back to the office more smooth.

As Picasso once said, “Good artists copy, Great artists steal”.

So let’s check what can be applicable in Vietnam, define what makes Vietnamese hybrid work unique, and get some inspiration to build your plan for what we will call “Reverse Work Shock”.

For this roundtable on Hybrid work : the way forward in Vietnam, we are pleased to have progressive business leaders and HR experts.

  • Nguyen Hoang Anh, Head of Organization Development and Talent Management, AIA Vietnam
  • Aleksander Ptitsyn, Head of HR at Sovico Group
  • Pawel Gorski, CEO at Tribee

This conversation will be moderated by Denise Truong, CEO at TYDE.
