Dreamplex Ngô Quang Huy occupies the ground floor and Levels 1 through 4 of 42 Ngô Quang Huy, Thảo Điền — near the corner of Xuân Thủy and Thảo Điền streets, in the heart of District 2’s international residential community.
This location was designed in partnership with T3 Architects, Kobi Light Studio, and Artelia Energy Consultants, using natural and sustainable materials to optimise air quality, natural light, and temperature — a building where the environment itself is part of the work experience. The location was nominated by ArchDaily for Building of the Year and recognised with the VMARK award for workplace design.
A short walk from the building, CHẠM Café — an on-site artisan coffee bar and avocado ice cream spot — serves as the informal common ground for the community.


L’Usine, Mekong Merchant, Café Luia, Highland, and Phuc Long Premium are all within a few minutes on foot. The Thảo Điền Metro station on Metro Line 1 is a short walk away — from here, Bến Thành is approximately 10 minutes by rail. It’s one of the most useful commute positions in HCMC for teams whose members live across the city.
