Is a virtual office legal in Vietnam?
Yes. Under the Enterprise Law 2020 (Article 42), a company’s head office is a “contact address”. There is no minimum floor area, and several companies can share one address. Dreamplex addresses are accepted by the business registration authority and the local tax office.
In 2026 the tax authority is checking that companies really are at the address they registered. About 620,000 businesses are under review, and more than 325,000 of them no longer operate at their registered address. Its advice: put your company name at the head office and report any change of address. (source: VnExpress, 28 Aug 2026)
A real registered address needs three things:
- Your name at the address. Your company name is shown on the center’s digital directory board. Premium adds a physical sign.
- Official mail is received. The front desk receives mail sent to your company. Premium also forwards mail to you 5 times a month.
- A service agreement on file. Dreamplex issues a formal contract confirming your right to use the address. Registration needs it, and you can show it to the tax office.
*Note: Virtual offices are for companies (TNHH, JSC, representative offices). Household businesses (hộ kinh doanh) need verified physical premises.

Is a virtual office legal in Vietnam?
Yes. The Enterprise Law 2020 (Article 42) treats a head office as a contact address, with no minimum floor area. Dreamplex covers the three things a real address needs: your name at the address, mail received, and a service agreement.
Which companies can use a virtual office?
Companies: TNHH, JSC and representative offices. Household businesses (hộ kinh doanh) can’t, because they need verified physical premises.
What is the difference between the three packages?
The address, front desk and mail handling are the same. Standard adds a monthly day pass, VND 500,000 of meeting-room credit and 30 printed pages. Premium adds a physical sign, mail forwarding 5 times a month, VND 4 million more in meeting rooms a year and 12 more day passes.
Why does Standard cost more at some buildings?
Standard follows the building: VND 850,000 at four, VND 1,000,000 at Dreamplex Tran Quang Khai (IMC Tower) and VND 1,500,000 at Dreamplex Nguyen Trung Ngan (Miss Áo Dài Building). Eco and Premium cost the same everywhere.
How does payment work?
One payment covers the full 12-month term, with no deposit. Prices exclude 10% VAT. Eco, for example, is VND 8.4 million for 12 months plus VAT.
What happens to my mail?
The front desk receives all mail sent to your company. Premium members can have mail forwarded to an address they choose, up to 5 times a month.
Can I move from a virtual office to a desk or office?
Yes. Add a hot desk, fixed desk or private office in the same building. The registered address stays the same, and so does the tax code.
How do I change my registered address to Dreamplex?
Tell the tax office first, then file the change with the business registration authority (Decree 168/2025, Article 40). Dreamplex provides the documents for the new address.
Can I visit before I sign?
Yes. All locations are open Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, excluding public holidays.
