Dreamplex Lê Hiến Mai occupies five floors of 39 Lê Hiến Mai, Cát Lái ward — the eastern edge of District 2 across the Sài Gòn River, close to the developing residential corridor connecting to Thủ Đức, an area growing rapidly with new residential and commercial development. For teams whose members live east of the Sài Gòn River or in the new Thủ Đức urban areas, this is the most convenient Dreamplex location to reach without crossing into the congested city core.
The building was designed by a French-Czech architect team in Vietnam, merging Parisian spatial logic with Vietnamese material details. Private office floors have dedicated pantries — a separate, furnished kitchen and break space that belongs exclusively to each floor’s team.
Above it all: a rooftop sky deck. It is the only rooftop office event venue in HCMC — bookable for workshops, client receptions, team celebrations, or any gathering that should not take place in a standard meeting room. Up to 80 participants. Open air, with a working kitchen and meeting space.
