Ho Chi Minh City, 20 March 2024
Dreamplex, Vietnam’s pioneer in coworking and flexible offices, is excited to announce that Zoee (Duong) Nguyen has been named CEO as of 1 April 2024.
Zoee joined Dreamplex in January 2021 after an impressive career at leading national and international real estate and hospitality companies, including Vinhomes, Savills, The Grand, and WeWork.
Initially taking the post of Member Experience Director, Zoee progressed rapidly in the ranks and was named Managing Director in October 2022.
During her tenure, the company not only survived COVID-19 but thrived by developing new partnerships, expanding the business, and opening new locations.
Zoee oversaw the partnership development, design, and construction of the new Dreamplex Le Hien Mai, a boutique building in Thanh My Loi, District 2.
She also led Dreamplex to launch the new premium offering, Dreamplex Private, which offers companies entire and fully private floors in high-end buildings.
For Dreamplex Private, she secured the partnership of a major real estate developer, leading to the first Dreamplex Private location at 113 Tran Quoc Toan, which will open later this month.
All these achievements led to the Dreamplex Board of Directors unanimously deciding to make Zoee Nguyen the new CEO, with the continued mandate to expand its business, grow the number of locations, and further elevate the level of service and experience.
Shared Daan van Rossum, Dreamplex’s outgoing CEO: “My vision for Dreamplex always was to be known in the market as a real partner to businesses by providing solutions that solve their biggest challenge: to attract, engage, and retain talent.
Designing, constructing, and managing offices well takes a true eye, and heart, for hospitality, and I found that in Zoee. I’m so proud of her accomplishments over the past three years, and I can’t wait to see what she’ll do to elevate our business further over the next years.”
Tin Nguyen, Dreamplex founder and Chairman, added: “Since joining Dreamplex, Zoee has played a pivotal role in building our partnerships with Vietnam’s leading property developers, enhancing workplace experiences in their buildings.
Daan’s and Zoee’s leadership in workplace experience design has been instrumental, in creating spaces that inspire employees and support their best work. She’s proven capable of leading our team and has been central to Dreamplex’s position as a workspace innovator.
Her progressive journey here makes her the ideal candidate to take over as CEO, and I’m excited to see how she will steer our company into the future.”
Jonah Levey, Dreamplex Executive Board Member and former CEO (2018-2021), shared:
“Welcoming Zoee into the Dreamplex leadership team brought a new era of growth and innovation in our office spaces. Her work with Daan, and her expertise have been a cornerstone of our mission to transform buildings into vibrant centers of productivity and employee engagement.
The environments that Daan, Zoee, and her team have developed for our tenants don’t just help them attract talent—they become places where employees are proud to work. Zoee’s ingenuity and deep understanding of the intersection between space and spirit make her the right choice for CEO. As we turn this new page, I’m wholeheartedly confident in her vision for Dreamplex’s future.”
