[Webinar] Ex Monthly Global Expert Chat: The Future of Workplace Leadership

How future leaders should work with Younger Millennials and Gen Z

The event will be delivered in English from 10:00AM to 11:3oAM on 27h July via Zoom.

Disruptive factors including COVID-19, remote work, social justice, and economic uncertainty are rapidly changing the destiny of work.  Any astute employer today will look to build a recruitment and retention campaign around their specific needs.

The good news is that these are the most studied and researched generations in history, and we know what they want: diversity, equity, and inclusion; corporate social responsibility; environmentalism; work-life balance and flexibility; and career guidance and professional development.

How do we stay ahead of the curve? All frontline operational leaders need to develop their internal coaching skills and strengthen their “EQ” (“emotional quotient”) abilities to build the type of workplace culture that develops people and, in turn, helps the organization thrive.

Join us on July 27th as we discuss how to:

  • Reinvent your interview questioning strategies to pierce the hearts as well as minds of job candidates
  • Implement a 90-day onboarding program to begin the professional development paradigm and foster an achievement mentality
  • Hold quarterly 1-on-1 “Individual Development Plan” meetings to set and monitor goals, inspire trust, and provide constructive feedback that builds frontline muscle
  • Implement annual self-evaluations that help employees motivate themselves in light of your organization’s changing needs

Now’s the time to craft your people strategy to encourage achievement, accountability, and the possibility of falling in love with your company.
