This training is for emerging and established leaders. Company and team performance are largely dependent on culture. Culture is largely dependent on leadership behavior. Great leadership yields great results.
The course consists of 3 training sessions that last 3 months – 1 session for each month:

About the speaker
Brad Reed joined our Dreamplex Ask an Expert program as the Leadership and Management expert since June 2020. He will be offering a wide range of essential leadership & management skills training to all members at Dreamplex.
Brad is a Marshall Goldsmith SCC Certified Leadership, Executive and Team Performance Coach (ICF approved). He provides executive coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence, high performance, and business skills training and consulting for professionals and medium and large businesses in South East Asia. He has developed and delivered courses and content for major learning centers and large companies in HCMC. He has proudly served an international client base of managers and C-suite level professionals.
