Annica has a background in customer experience and in digital from leading business both in the Nordics and now in Asia. She spent over 15 years in GE Capital most recently as the CEO of GE Capital Bank Nordics. She joined Home Credit in 2016 as CEO in the Philippines and grew the business to become the local leader within the consumer finance market. Since 2020 Annica is leading Home Credit in Vietnam.
Stefano is the Co-founder and Country Manager of Aspire in Vietnam. Launched in 2018, Aspire is one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in South East Asia, serving a new generation of digital-savvy businesses and entrepreneurs across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore. Aspire is backed by Y-Combinator – #1 startup incubator in the world – and by some of the world’s best VCs. Stefano drove the Vietnam business unit of Aspire from incorporation to achieving profitability in less than 12 months. He then took on regional responsibility as CLO, managing operations across four countries.
Stefano is a result driven FinTech Executive, Entrepreneur, and an M&A lawyer qualified in New York and Italy. He holds a Master of Laws from UC Berkeley (California), and a Ph.D. from University of Pavia (Italy).
Matthew is a qualified accountant who has resided in Vietnam for more than 16 years. Matthew leads Acclime Vietnam, which provides market entry, compliance, accounting, payroll and tax advisory to foreign investors in Vietnam, through its offices in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang. He has extensive experience working in Australia for Big 4 accounting firms and investment funds, and since residing in Vietnam Matthew has spent much of his time advising foreign investors on successfully undertaking business in Vietnam, corporate investment transactions, market entry and corporate finance.
