The event will be delivered in English from 12:00PM to 1:00PM on 9th July via Zoom.
In today’s VUCA world, work evolves continuously. It is on us HR professionals to build a Business Continuity Plan that will help us face the coming disruptions in the industry. Because there will be other crises than the one we are facing now. Today more than ever is your time to strategize to survive and thrive in the next 10 years.
For example, Tiki’s Chief People Officer, Sakshi Jawa shared, “In the next 5 years, I believe we will not have people working for only one company. People will work for multiple companies, based on assignments.”
Is your company ready to face this Future of work? To understand the current challenges well, we are delighted to welcome Ms. Diep Tran, Game Operation Director at Ubisoft, as our guest speaker of this HR Lunch Break.
Being a catalyst with high analytical skills and a passion for gamification, Ms. Diep will share with us her hands-on experience and a different perspective on what is to be a future-ready manager.
