By focusing on each stroke rather than a specific image, this method can help you better connect with your mind, practice concentration, and unleash your hidden creativity. The final artwork may surprise you!

✍️ The workshop will be led by Ms. Nguyen To Uyen, currently an Art Facilitator at Art Healing Vietnam. It is made for members who are:
– Finding a funnier way to practice mindfulness
– Want to relax your mind, relieve stress, and improve creativity
– Start exploring zentangle and mandala
? Please prepare yourself with:
– White paper and black ink pen. Gel pen/water pen is recommended
– 3-5 squares of paper size, 5x5cm, 7x7cm, or 8x8cm
