Good goal setting starts with the manager, and their understanding of how the day-to-day work of the employee connects to the larger mission, vision, and (annual) goals of the organization.

Not all managers have learned how to manage goals and outputs, rather than attendance and “micro”-management. During this workshop, coach Nguyen Tran Phi Yen (RMIT) shares practical tips about how to manage outputs. A critical skill for any modern manager.
