Workplaces in Vietnam can be notoriously employer-centric. Already, large and innovative companies like AIA, Tiki, and VNG have taken the lead in changing this by offering employees beautiful campuses and offices, by placing great emphasis on personal and professional development, and allowing employees to find balance in work and life. To support smaller companies with big ambitions in delivering the same as their larger counterparts, Thai Van Linh and Dreamplex have created a partnership to deliver “A Better Day at Work” for the thousands of employees of those smaller companies.
The partnership will see Thai Van Linh supporting young Vietnamese employees in three key ways:
1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions: Linh joins 10 other “Experts” in the Dreamplex Ask an Expert program to provide Dreamplex members the opportunity to book 30-minute mentoring sessions. Members can tap into the expertise Linh has gained in the past 20 years of working in marketing, finance and operations. Her experiences include studying overseas, switching careers, climbing the corporate ladder, overcoming workplace challenges and finding her calling.
“Your Path to Success” Sharing Workshops: Linh will be leading 3 Dreamplex Academy workshops, each playing a role in coaching members on their path to success. In her first, starting this March, she will be sharing her experiences and tips on how to present yourself effectively and build a strong network. The second workshop, due to begin in June will focus on the topic of Restructuring Your Work Habits, and will take place over 3 sessions as a combination of theory, exercises, and group discussions. The third, starting in September, will be about Career Planning. All courses are free and exclusive for Dreamplex members.
“Find Your Way” Tips: Finding what you want in work and life, and building your path towards it, isn’t just about big changes. Sometimes it comes from small daily habits that have a positive effect. Digital content with tips about the most effective ways to live a fulfilling and effective -life will be shared on digital screens within all Dreamplex locations and on social media.
