In this February, we will hold a mediation workshop, but with a special method, “Meditation with Tibetan Bells”.
If you haven’t known yet, the Tibetan bell (also known as the singing bowl?) will bring different sound frequencies that affect the 7 chakras on the human body, helping the practitioners to stabilize their health, detoxify and relax more deeply.
In this workshop, you will have a better understanding of the revolving bell, the method of meditation with its special sound, and experience the feeling of ringing the bell yourself. We believe that after the workshop, you will have a different view of this treatment method as well as enjoy moments of relaxation after a stressful working day. ?♀️
